We are delighted to announce the results of the August Club Challenge Submission Evaluation. After careful review and consideration of all 43 submissions, we have selected a winner who has demonstrated exceptional creativity, innovation, effectiveness, and participation.

Highlights of the Winning Submission:
- Action Aptitude : Six activities aiming membership retention were done:
- Fireside Chats July 27 and August 31
- New Member Induction – August 6
- Membership survey – August 8 to 30
- Membership Fellowship and Information Wine Social August 15
- Membership appreciation meeting August 27
- Innovation and creativity : The activities showcased their creativity and commitment toward the values of Rotary.
- Success : These events brought people together in various ways: fostering community engagement, supporting local projects, providing networking opportunities, promoting volunteerism, empowering local leadership,enhancing community resources, raising awareness of local issues, building a positive community image and showcasing what Rotary stands for in joyful and simple actions.
- Participation : 76 members and 8 honorary members participated.

Reviewer 1 : The submission demonstrates a strong, well-rounded effort with clear success in member retention, new recruitment, and member engagement. Although there was limited collaboration with other organizations, the creativity and active participation of the club's members led to positive outcomes aligned with Rotary’s goals for membership development.
Reviewer 2 : This is an excellent blend of community service, membership engagement, recruitment and retention. The combination of activities makes the club irresistible.
