• District 7020 Strategic Plan - 2011/12 Update and Summary

District 7020 has adopted a Strategic Plan in line with RI's Strategic Plan and is now encouraging all clubs to implement their own. This will help your club strengthen, grow and become more vibrant over the coming years.

In order to provide help to clubs to create and implement your own Strategic Plan, we've created a Two Page Summary which outlines RI's Strategic Plan, the District's Plan, and how your club can start designing and implementing its own plan. Copies are downloadable from the download section on the front page of the District Website.

Also downloadable is a copy of the updated District 7020 Strategic Plan PowerPoint presented at the 2011/12 District Conference in Haiti by DGN Jeremy.
